บ้านสำเร็จรูป (Prefab Home) คือรูปแบบการก่อสร้างที่ผลิตชิ้นส่วนหลักจากโรงงานภายใต้มาตรฐานที่ควบคุมได้ แล้วจึงนำไปติดตั้งหน้างาน สำหรับ Clay & Stone บ้านสำเร็จรูปของเราใช้โครงสร้างเหล็กเป็นหลัก ซึ่งมีความแข็งแรง ทนทาน และเหมาะกับการผลิตในระบบโรงงาน ทำให้ได้งานที่แม่นยำและมีคุณภาพสม่ำเสมอในทุกหลัง เมื่อผลิตเสร็จ ชิ้นส่วนจะถูกขนส่งไปติดตั้งที่หน้างาน โดยใช้เวลาเพียงประมาณ 15 วัน ก่อนเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนเก็บรายละเอียดและส่งมอบ
ความแตกต่างหลักอยู่ที่ “วิธีการก่อสร้าง” และ “การควบคุมคุณภาพ” บ้านก่อสร้างทั่วไปจะดำเนินงานทีละขั้นตอนที่หน้างาน ซึ่งอาจได้รับผลกระทบจากสภาพอากาศและการควบคุมงานในแต่ละช่วง ขณะที่บ้านสำเร็จรูปโมดูลาร์ของ Clay & Stone ใช้การผลิตในโรงงานเป็นหลัก พร้อมทีมงานมืออาชีพดูแลทุกขั้นตอน จึงช่วยลดความคลาดเคลื่อนของงาน และควบคุมคุณภาพได้อย่างสม่ำเสมอ ผลลัพธ์คือ บ้านที่ได้มาตรฐานเดียวกันในทุกหลัง พร้อมระยะเวลาก่อสร้างที่ชัดเจนและคาดการณ์ได้

ปัจจุบัน Clay & Stone มีแบบบ้านใน Unwind Series ซึ่งออกแบบมาให้เลือกได้หลากหลายตามไลฟ์สไตล์ ทั้งแบบ Standard Type และ Loft Type รวมถึงฟังก์ชัน 1 Bedroom และ 2 Bedroom ทุกแบบถูกออกแบบโดยคำนึงถึงการอยู่อาศัยจริงในสภาพอากาศเมืองไทย เช่น ชายคาที่ยื่นยาว พื้นที่ระเบียงที่ใช้งานได้จริง และรายละเอียดงานดีไซน์ที่ให้ความรู้สึกแตกต่างจากบ้านสำเร็จรูปทั่วไปในท้องตลาด
